About Parking
- Please present your handicapped person’s passbook at Toll Plaza in the parking area. We will show you to an area for disabled guests where it will be easier to lift or put down a wheelchair or other assistive equipment.
* The handicapped person’s passbook cannot be used to claim discounts on parking fees.
- Wheelchair-accessible restrooms are available at Toll Plaza.
- Please visit Toll Plaza if you wish to rent a wheelchair (fee charged). A crew member will bring the wheelchair to the parking area for you.
For safe enjoyment of attractions
Each attraction has certain requirements to ensure your safety. Attractions may require a Supervising Guest* to accompany you in case of evacuation.
Note: Shoes must be worn when using a wheelchair at an attraction.
* Supervising Guests must be mentally and physically healthy persons of junior high school age or older and meet the attraction requirements.

Wheelchair and electric wheelchair inaccessible attractions
You are also required to be accompanied by a supervising companion(*) as there is a situation in which you need to transfer onto the vehicle' seat.
(1) This attraction can be used only by those guests who can transfer to the vehicle seat by themselves and climb up and down the stairs in addition to meeting other attraction requirements.
(2) This attraction can be used only by those guests who can transfer to the vehicle seat by themselves or with a support of the supervising companion in addition to meeting other attraction requirements.

Wheelchair and electric wheelchair accessible attractions
* A companion may be required in case of evacuation. The attraction crew members will provide an explanation regarding evacuation in the event of an emergency.

We distribute identification tags to allow guests to be ushered in to viewing areas, etc. for attractions and shows in the same manner as guests with wheelchairs.

Strollers Rental

- 1,100 yen (tax included) for one Type A stroller for one child
- For one child (reclining seat)
* Rental strollers are meant for children ages 1 month to 48 months.
* Availability is limited. Strollers cannot be reserved.
