Information on changes to the criteria for issuing Guest Support Passes

On May 15, 2019, the rules for issuing Guest Support Passes were revised as follows.

Guest Support Pass

If you have a disability that prevents you from being able to wait in line and you possess a handicapped person's passbook, you can use a Guest Support Pass.
You can spend the attraction wait time in places other than the waiting line.
Please speak to a crew member if you want to acquire a Guest Support Pass. Please be aware that these passes are for reserving an admission time, not for priority admission. We appreciate your understanding.

Eligibility
Guests with a disability that prevents them from being able to wait in line, and possess a handicapped person's passbook.

* The name of the applicant and the number of people in the applicant's party (up to 6) are printed on the ticket. Please arrive with all members of your party when getting a Guest Support Pass issued and when using attractions with the pass.

Items Required for Issuing a Guest Support Pass

  • Handicapped person's passbook (one of the following): physical disability certificate, mental disability certificate, rehabilitation certificate, bomb victim's certificate, or war injury and sickness certificate
  • A Studio Pass for each member of your group that is valid for the same day the Guest Support Pass is issued

Issuing Locations
Guest Services (inside the Park) and the entrances to each attraction

Note:

  • Please arrive at the issuing location with your entire party.
  • Guest Support Passes are not issued at Guest Services outside of the Park.

Other conditions for issuance

  • One Guest Support Pass can be used for a maximum of 6 persons (including the applicant).
  • Please present your handicapped person's passbook at the issuing location
  • A Guest Support Pass will not be issued if we are unable to verify your handicapped person's passbook
  • If you have a disability that makes it difficult for you to wait in line for long periods of time but are not in possession of a handicapped person's passbook, consult a crew member at the attraction you wish to experience.

Making Reservations at Attractions After Receiving the Pass
When making a reservation, please make sure to check the attraction requirements at the entrance of each attraction or in the Safety & Barrier-Free Guide. If none of the attraction requirements apply to you, please arrive at the attraction entrance with all the members of your party who wish to experience the attraction and consult a crew member.

Note: If you would like to cancel your reservation or change the number of people in your party, please notify the crew of the attraction for which you have reserved.

Notices

  • If you have a reservation for an attraction, you are considered to be waiting in line for that attraction. You may not reserve or use other attractions during the waiting period.
  • All attractions have usage requirements. Guests who have obtained a Guest Support Pass also must meet all usage requirements to experience an attraction.
  • For safety reasons, we ask that Guests requiring support and the Guests accompanying them experience the attractions in pairs (one Guest who requires support and one supervising Guest). If there are fewer supervising Guests than Guests requiring support, we may ask one pair to experience the attraction while the others wait for their turn. Please be aware that there are no crew members stationed in the waiting area. Thank you for your understanding.
  • Please be aware that we may limit admission to attractions depending on waiting time or capacity. Thank you for your understanding.
  • The Guest Support Pass cannot be used for Power-Up Band™ Key Challenges (SUPER NINTENDO WORLD™) .
Guests with Guest Support Passes are required to wait with other Guests in the regular queue.

Ride Restrictions Card

The Ride Restrictions Card is given to guests who have items such as headwear or wigs that cannot be removed due to physical or religious reasons for attractions where there are restrictions on wearing such items.
If you wish to receive a card, or if you have any questions about how to use it, please consult with the attraction crew members below.
