Guests with Assistance Dogs

To enter the Park (including the security check area), your assistance dog must be wearing the official identification required under Japanese law, and you must have the official Assistance Dog Certificate with you.
The crew will verify your certification document when you enter.
Assistance dogs are permitted at all restaurants and shops throughout the park.
Assistance Dog Station
This Assistance Dog Station in front of the restrooms in the San Francisco area is provided as the relief area for assistance dogs.
Note: For relief areas in other locations, please consult a nearby crew member. The crew will show you to a designated area.
For Safe Enjoyment of Attractions
(1) Each attraction has certain requirements to ensure your safety. Attractions may require a Supervising Guest* to accompany you in case of evacuation.
* Supervising Guests must be mentally and physically healthy persons of junior high school age or older and meet the attraction requirements.
(2) Assistance dogs are permitted at some but not all of the attractions. If assistance dogs are not permitted at the attraction, your assistance dog will be kept in a waiting area while you experience the attraction. For details, please ask a crew member near you.
