Creating a world where everyone can be themselves
It is important for us to be an inclusive and flexible organization so that in turn, we can bring smiles to all of the guests that visit the park. USJ will continue to work to be a place where anyone can be themselves while working towards a society where everyone can be themselves.

Thanks Love Month 2025 is a special commemorative period for spreading gratitude and love.
We asked its originator
about the hopes that inspired the event.Universal Studios Japan launched Thanks Love Week in 2022. Starting the following year, this was expanded into Thanks Love Month, a new, month-long event for expressing gratitude. Now in its fourth year, the concept has evolved into a massive event that has captivated society, with activities held not only at the Park but also at various Aeon Malls and at Expo 2025 Osaka, Kansai, Japan.

Various Awards for Inclusion in FY2024—Creating the Best Work Environment Where Everyone Can Be Themselves
USJ LLC promotes inclusion under the slogan “LOVE HAS NO LIMIT” (creating a future full of children’s smiles). By embracing workplace diversity and harnessing different perspectives, we aim to enhance both our corporate competitiveness and the sense of purpose and fulfillment of each individual employee. We aim to create a workplace where everyone can play an active role without barriers. At the same time, various systems and initiatives are in place to spark innovation by making the most of our individuality.

USJ Employees Join the Parade Again This Year! Kansai’s Largest LGBTQ+ Event, "Rainbow Festa! 2024"
On October 26 (Saturday) and 27 (Sunday), "Rainbow Festa! 2024" was held in Osaka, and USJ LLC employees, along with their families, once again participated in the "Kansai Rainbow Parade," an event that draws attention every year.

“‘Thanks, always.’ Who do these words make you think of?” SPECIAL MONTH-LONG EVENT, “THANKS LOVE MONTH 2024”
This year, the “Thanks Love Flower Shop” makes surprise visits to towns across Japan!Universal Studios Japan is committed to spreading “THANKS LOVE MONTH 2024,” a special commemorative month of gratitude to express gratitude and love to one another. In a first for the event, pop-up events of the Thanks Love Flower Shop were held in three locations around the country.

Universal Studios Japan has introduced a new menu lineup including “plant-based menu items” at its newly refurbished restaurant. We are pursuing “inclusive experiences” with wideing the food options to accommodate a wide range of guests with different cultural backgrounds.
