At USJ, we believe that our crew being able to work with vigor and enthusiasm contributes to the energy delivered to our guests for today and tomorrow through bold, innovative, and immersive experiences.

We will strive to become an “Employer of Choice” by creating an environment filled with hearty smiles where all crew members can feel safe, secure, and healthy—both physically and mentally—and be “proud to work.”

We will actively engage in improving the work environment and promoting physical/mental fitness so that all team members respect diversity in terms of gender, age, culture, and line of work, enjoy what they do, and become “Super Energetic.”

Framework for Promoting Health and Wellness

The highest responsibility for promoting health management in the company lies with the CEO, followed by the promotion leaders -- the Senior Vice President of Human Resources and occupational health physicians. These leaders support the teams in charge of each issue and encourage the steady advancement of activities for health and wellness.
EHS, Health Care Center, and Human Resources form the core group responsible for remediation of various issues. They provide project teams with the necessary personnel and also facilitate specific, concrete activities.
