Guests with Suitcases or Roller Bags
Suitcases and roller bags are not allowed in the Park. Please store them in a locker. Coin-operated large/extra-large lockers that can accommodate suitcases or roller bags are available only outside of the Park.

Park Re-entry
Studio Passes, except for Annual Passes, do not permit re-entry to the Park after exiting, even to retrieve items from a locker outside the Park or from a car in the parking area.

There is one ATM inside the park, operated by Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation (SMBC). Outside the park are 1 AEON Bank ATMs.

Accepted at the park are VISA, MasterCard, JCB, American Express, AEON Card, Diners Club, and Discover credit cards, as well as UnionPay and Alipay+. Touch to pay may also be used for VISA, MasterCard, JCB, American Express, and AEON Card (excluding some facilities).

Tax-Free Service
Service Content
This service provides a tax refund on Park merchandise (excluding certain items sold at carts and elsewhere).
- Only foreign tourists staying in Japan for less than 6 months can use this service.
- A valid passport must be presented.
- Minimum purchase amount is required.
- The Visit Japan Web tax-free shopping service cannot be used at the Park.
Tax Refund Counter
Studio Gifts West (from 2:00 p.m.)
- Total amount eligible in consumable goods category: 5,000 yen to 500,000 yen (without tax).
- Total amount eligible in souvenir category (excluding consumable goods): 5,000 yen and above (without tax).
- You will be charged 3.3% of the price of the tax-free merchandise as a handling fee (as of September 1, 2023).
- The following items are not eligible: Studio Passes, Express Passes, food, souvenir items such as popcorn buckets, photo services, postage stamps, and home delivery service.
- Tax refund is available only when both the item and the receipt are presented at the tax-free counter.
- Products cannot be returned or exchanged after submitting the tax-free application.
- Tax-free services end when the Park closes. Please visit the tax-free counter as soon as possible. Please note that procedures may take longer after 16:00.
