Universal Studios Japan is celebrating the 10th anniversary of its signature event “Universal Cool
Japan” with “Universal Cool Japan 2025,” featuring special experiences throughout the
year.
As the finale to this milestone event, the blockbuster game “MONSTER HUNTER WILDS” makes its
debut at the Park. The latest entry in the hit series, “MONSTER HUNTER WILDS” has already sold
over 10 million copies worldwide, and “MONSTER HUNTER WILDS – Wudwud Feast” is the first-ever
themed restaurant based on the game. This limited-time experience will be open from Wednesday,
November 19, 2025, to Sunday, May 17, 2026.
This restaurant recreates the “Wudwud Hideout” nestled within the lush Scarlet Forest, where lively Wudwud Lynians and trusty Palico companions gather around a campfire to welcome Guests. As new Hunters joining the “Wudwud Feast,” Guests can bite into perfectly grilled campfire dishes and experience an intense, power-charged adventure. Immerse yourself in this “Super Realistic” dining experience that captures the excitement of Japanese entertainment, only possible at “Universal Cool Japan.”

Welcome to the “Wudwud Feast,” where the lively voices of the Wudwuds echo through the forest. Set in the water-rich Scarlet Forest, one of the vast fields explored by Hunters, the “Wudwud Hideout” is home to the Lynian tribe who gather each season to celebrate the bountiful harvest around a roaring bonfire. Guests are invited into an ultra-realistic restaurant straight from the world of the game, where Wudwud and Palico welcome them beside the flames. Bite into hearty campfire dishes prepared by the Wudwud and feel the warmth and satisfaction of a hunter’s well-earned rest. Immerse yourself in the world of “MONSTER HUNTER WILDS” and enjoy a bold, energizing dining experience like no other.

Currently featured and garnering great acclaim are “SPY×FAMILY XR Ride: Operation Hyper Drive,” the first-ever VR coaster in the series, and “The Apothecary Diaries Mystery Walk,” an immersive mystery-solving experience. Both are running through Sunday, January 4, 2026.
