In 2023, the park started welcoming people from Taiwan who are in Japan on working holiday visas on a trial basis. Staff from our human resources department have conducted seminars in Taiwan working towards regular implementation of the program.

Many guests from around the world visit Universal Studios Japan and with the number of international guests increasing yearly, we believe increasing the number of multilingual personnel we recruit is important. To meet the increasingly diverse needs of our guests, we need to further recruit a wide range of personnel.

USJ will continue to proactively recruit people from across the globe and improve our service to our guests with multilingual staff and build a park where all of our guests are safe to enjoy themselves comfortably.
