
Actively Hiring Differently Abled People and Strengthening Support Systems

USJ considers it important to create a workplace where people with and without disabilities can play an active role and is actively working to promote employment and strengthen support systems.
USJ has been actively employing people with disabilities since its opening in 2001. By assigning each individual to a position that suits his or her unique abilities, the scope of work ranges from desk work to park operations such as merchandising, food and beverage, and cleaning. We believe that an environment where people with and without disabilities work together fosters a sense of caring for each other and teamwork.

The Human Resources Department has established a support team for people with disabilities to create a support system in cooperation with external support organizations and their families, and also conducts regular in-house training to further promote employee understanding.
For employees with disabilities, we also provide opportunities to improve their skills by planning and implementing a variety of training programs, starting with business manners and personal appearance, and including understanding compliance regulations, health management, and traffic safety. USJ will continue to strive for a workplace where each and every one of our valued human resources can grow and flourish.
