Usage Requirements

In case of emergencies

The attraction crew members will provide an explanation regarding evacuation in the event of an emergency.
In an emergency situation you may need to climb up and down the stairs or walk a long distance through a narrow passage by yourself(*) or with your supervising companion. You may also need to wait for a long period of time inside the ride.


* "By yourself" means you are able to walk without the assistance of others.

Supervising Guests required for the following Guests

  • Guests who may have difficulty during an emergency
  • Guests who have difficulty walking
  • Guests using wheelchairs
  • Guests with mental disabilities
  • Guests with visual disabilities
  • For Guests with any other disabilities, please consult with a crew member

Note: Supervising Guests must be mentally and physically healthy persons of junior high school age or older and meet the attraction requirements.

Guests who should not use the attraction

  1. Heart Conditions or Abnormal Blood Pressure
  2. Back, Neck, Waist, Spinal or Similar Physical Conditions
  3. Expectant Mothers
  4. Motion Sickness or Dizziness
  5. Acrophobia (fear of heights)
  6. Fear of Enclosed Spaces
  7. Poor Physical Condition
  8. Guests unable to maintain the proper posture
  9. A physical build not compatible with the seats
  10. Unable to secure the body by the safety bar
  11. Persons with conditions aggravated by these special effects cannot use this attraction

The following guests are asked to consult the attraction crew.

  • Guests wearing an artificial limb
  • Guests wearing a cast

Permitted Guests

  • Guests who can hold on to the safety bar at all times and maintain their posture unassisted
  • Guests who can sit alone in their seat and use the safety devices correctly

* The attraction usage procedure will be explained again for guests with hearing disabilities.

Notes regarding use of the attraction

  • Please sit firmly in the seat and keep your back against the backrest throughout the ride. Hang on firmly to the safety bar for support
  • Guests who engage in dangerous or otherwise disruptive behavior will be asked to leave the park
  • Remove glasses before boarding the ride
  • Baggage/carried items may not be brought onto the ride
  • Please stow all loose articles (caps, hats, glasses, cameras, wallets, keys, etc.) in the lockers or with an accompanied non-rider
  • In the event of an emergency, follow the instructions of the crew to evacuate

Height Restriction

  • Guests must be 132–198 cm tall

Guests Using Wheelchairs

  • You cannot move close to the ride in a wheelchair
  • You must be able to move to and get on and off the ride by yourself(*)

* "By yourself" means you are able to walk without assistance of others.

Guests wearing wigs

Wigs cannot be worn while in this attraction. Please consult a crew member.

Guests with Assistance Dogs

  • Assistance dogs are not permitted for this attraction

* Your assistance dog will be kept in a waiting area while you experience the attraction.
