Halloween Horror Nights: All Night

Notes:

• ・Event period is subject to change.
• ・To ensure that as many guests as possible can enjoy the park safely and securely, please follow our Rules Regarding Costumes.
  
  
• ・As this event takes place after 10:00 PM, individuals under the age of 18 are not permitted to purchase tickets. Participation in this event by individuals under the age of 18 is also prohibited. Please be advised.
• ・Resold, transferred or redeemed to anyone other than the buyer of this product is strictly prohibited under any circumstances.
• ・No cancellation or modification can be made after purchase, regardless any reason.
• ・From 10:00 p.m. until 5:00 a.m. the following morning, only guests with the exclusive Event Participant ID for Halloween Horror Nights: All Night will be permitted to access attractions, shops, and restaurants. Please be aware that the exclusive Event Participant ID cannot be used between 3:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m.
• ・Guests with a "Halloween Horror Nights: All Night Pass" ticket are free to enter and exit the Park.
• ・Same-day Studio Passes will be available for purchase as usual on September 25 and September 26, 2025.
• ・Guests with Studio Passes (including Annual Passes) that are valid on September 25, 2025, may only stay in the Park until 9:00 p.m. that day. To stay in the Park after 10:0 p.m., you will need an exclusive "Halloween Horror Nights: All Night Pass" ticket.
• ・If you do not have a designated "Halloween Horror Nights: All Night" ticket, please cooperate and leave the Park by 9:00 p.m.
• ・Depending on the time, some areas and attractions may be under maintenance.
• ・Attraction and show content may be changed or canceled without notice due to weather conditions or other factors.

Notices on Attire

Participation in the event will be declined if any of the following applies.
・Clothing that violates public order and morals, as well as clothing that infringes laws such as public indecency (excessive exposure inappropriate for public places, tattoos, etc.).
・Headgear or special makeup that obscures the face (also prohibited are special makeup covering parts of the face such as eyes, nose, mouth), full-face masks, masks or costume masks covering more than half of the face, helmets (regardless of shape), and similar items.
・Clothing or accessories that may pose a danger to other customers or staff, or clothing that could potentially cause trouble.

Handling of Copyrighted Materials, etc.

Participants shall comply with the following provisions regarding the rights to copyrighted materials, etc., in relation to their participation in this event.
1. Unless otherwise specified, all copyrights, trademark rights, portrait rights, and any other rights related to the various contents of this event belong to our company or partner companies, and participants shall respect the rights of these rights holders and shall not infringe upon them by any method or means.
2. Participants may not use, reproduce, redistribute, adapt, enable transmission, or publicly transmit all or part of any information obtained through participation or selection in this event, including the event site itself (hereinafter referred to as "Information, etc."), beyond the scope of personal use as defined by copyright law or other legally explicit permissions, without obtaining permission from our company or the rights holders of the respective Information, etc.

Other Notes

1. The content of this event and the event notes may be revised from time to time at our discretion. In such cases, we will notify the changes to the event content or revisions of the event notes by posting them on our event website, etc. Please understand that from the time of such notice, the changes or revisions will apply to all participants.
2. Any individual provisions related to this event that are provided, regardless of the title, shall be considered part of the event notes.
3. The management of this event, as well as the interpretation and application of the event's notes, shall be governed by Japanese law.
4. Any disputes arising between participants of this event and our company in connection with the use of this event shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Osaka District Court as the court of first instance.
