• Before acquiring Timed Entry eTickets, please ensure you have latest version of the app. Older versions contain outdated information and do not support Timed Entry eTickets access.
• Register the Studio Passes of all members of your party to have a Timed Entry eTicket issued for the same time for everyone. If Standby Entry Tickets are issued separately, only the number of people indicated on the winning Standby Entry Ticket will be admitted.
• You will be refused entry to the area if we find that your Area Timed Entry Ticket is fraudulent (e.g., reproduced or altered).

Additional Notes:

• Timed Entry eTickets are only available inside the park and require a valid Studio or Annual Pass registered on the same day as entry. Other types of Timed Entry eTickets are also only available inside the park.

• Timed Entry eTickets cannot be transferred or resold.
• After a Timed Entry eTicket has been issued, the time, number of tickets, and selected area/attraction cannot be changed.
• The availability of Timed Entry eTickets may change without notice.
• Timed Entry eTickets do not guarantee admission to attractions, restaurants, shops, or photo services in the area. Depending on the conditions on the day, admission to some facilities may have ended by the time you enter the area.
• Other tickets for the same Timed Entry eTicket party cannot be acquired until your current ticket time has passed.
• Depending on operation conditions, you may be able to enter an area without a Timed Entry eTicket.
• Depending on operation conditions, you may be required to wait past the time on your ticket before you can enter the area.
• Timed Entry eTickets will not be available after capacity is reached.
• Caution: if you uninstall the official app before using your Timed Entry eTicket, your Timed Entry eTicket will become invalid.
• If your Studio Pass cannot be read correctly at the park entrance gate, you will not be able to get Timed Entry eTickets.
• An Area Standby Entry Ticket does not guarantee entry. Only those selected in the lottery may enter the area at the designated time.
• Area Standby Entry Tickets must be acquired at least one hour before the desired entry time. (Tickets will be issued until 3 hours before the park closes.) Selection of winners is not based on the order tickets were issued.
• If you are selected in the lottery, you may not experience the Area outside of the time designated on the Area Standby Entry Ticket.
• If you have acquired an Area Timed Entry Ticket, you cannot be issued an Area Standby Entry Ticket.
• You may acquire only one Attraction Timed Entry Ticket / Standby Entry Ticket per day.
• You may acquire only one Timed Entry eTicket per day.
