Location Services

If your device is off, or if location services have been disabled for the app, some features will be unavailable.
Enable location services in the settings of your smartphone and try again.


iPhone
Settings > Privacy > Enable "Location Services"


Android
Settings > User Settings > Enable "Use location"


If the above steps do not resolve the issue, try the following procedure.


iPhone
From Settings > Privacy > Location Services, select Share My Location > Share My Location. If "USJ" or your browser app is set to "Don't Allow" in the list of apps at the bottom of the screen, change the setting to "Allow While Using App."


Android
From Settings > Apps, open "USJ" or your browser app. If "Permission not granted" is displayed, open "Permissions" and enable "Location."
