Aug. 28, 2026 -,Depending on the day's conditions, Store Entry Tickets may be distributed for admission to Beverly Hills Gifts, where original HamiKuma merchandise is sold.
Learn how to acquire Store Entry Tickets below. Ticket distribution will end once the designated limit has been reached.
Notes:
• A smartphone or tablet may be used to get one Store Entry Ticket for one person.
• A child who does not have a smartphone may enter if accompanied by an adult.
• You will need to present photo ID to enter. If you do not possess a photo ID, please prepare in advance two documents (such as a payment receipt from a public institution) that were issued by Japanese public authorities. You can present them in place of a photo ID.
• The shop will be cleared every 10 minutes to allow the next group of Guests to enter.

Step 1
After entering the Park, open the official app.
Note: To use the app's features, location services must be enabled for your device and for the app. Enable location services in the settings of your smartphone and try again. See here for details.

Step 2
Tap "Smart Way for More Fun" on the Home screen of the app, then search for and select the shop you want to get a Store Entry Ticket for (Beverly Hills Gifts).
Note: The app may not respond when you are in some areas. Please consult a crew member at the shop for details.

Step 3
Select a reservation method.
Notes:
• Please select either "Reservation by LINE" or "Reservation by emai".
• If you select "Reservation by LINE," you must have a registered LINE account.

Step 4
A message stating that This service requests location permission will be displayed. Select "Continue." Then select "Allow" to enable location services.
Notes:
• You will need to enable location services to get Store Entry Tickets.

Step 5
If you selected "Reservation by LINE," an authorization screen to link the apps will appear. Review the notes carefully and select "Allow."
Note: If you selected "Reservation by emai," please proceed to Step 6.

Step 6
Once the "Online Reservation" screen appears, check that the displayed shop name is Beverly Hills Gifts. Verify the number of Guests who wish to enter the shop, review the notes, then select "Next."

Step 7
Select your desired entry time.
Note: A message indicating that We have no available time for reservations. will be displayed when the designated limit for distribution of Store Entry Tickets has been reached.

Step 8
Enter the name of the Guest making the reservation and the number of Guests who wish to enter the shop, then select "Reservation"
Notes:
• When you enter the shop, we will verify the name of the Guest who made the reservation, so please enter your name correctly.
• When making a reservation by email, select either "Reserve by an blank mail" or "By entering mail address"

Step 9
Verify your reservation details. If the details are correct, select "OK" to complete your reservation.
Note: You will be asked to present your reservation completion notification (on your smartphone screen) and photo ID at the shop reception.

Step 10
LINE Reservations: A reservation confirmation message will be sent from the LINE MINI App Notifications account to the LINE account of the Guest who made the reservation. Please verify the details.
Email Reservations: A reservation confirmation message will be sent to the email address you entered. Please verify the details.

See below to learn how to cancel your reservation.
LINE Reservations: To cancel, select "See Details Here" in the message sent via LINE.
Email Reservations: In the reservation confirmation message, look for the line that reads: "Cancellation can be done through the link below" Access the indicated link to proceed.
Note: The details of your reservation cannot be changed. If you would like to change your reservation, you will need to cancel it and reserve again. However, we cannot guarantee that you will be able to make another reservation.

• You cannot enter the shop outside of your reservation time under any circumstances.
• You may wait in line near the shop starting 20 minutes before your reservation time. To prevent crowding, waiting in line is not permitted outside of this window.
• Please be ready to present your reservation completion notification (on your smartphone screen) and photo ID for verification at the shop reception.
• To use the app's features, be sure to enable location services for your device and for the app.
• Store Entry Tickets do not guarantee that merchandise items can be purchased. Products are only available while supplies last. Thank you for your understanding.
