Frequently Asked Questions

To enter SUPER NINTENDO WORLD™, an Area Timed Entry Ticket: Advance Booking or an Area Timed Entry Ticket/Standby Entry Ticket is required.

You can obtain these tickets either before coming to the park or on the day of your visit through our official app or at a ticket kiosk in the park.
Note: Distribution of Area Timed Entry Tickets may end early depending on conditions on the day of visit. There may be times when entry is possible without an Area Timed Entry Ticket: Advance Booking or an Area Timed Entry Ticket/Standby Entry Ticket.

Check the Official Web Ticket Store for details on Universal Express Passes that come with an Area Timed Entry Ticket: Advance Booking.
Attractions, restaurants, stores, or photo services in the area may be closed for the day or operations may be suspended without prior notice.

Please refrain from bringing food or drinks into the park. Please use the free picnic areas near the parking lot if you've brought food and drinks. Contained water may be brought inside of park.
* The Picnic Area closed permanently on February 4, 2024. Accordingly, as of February 5, 2024, a meeting place for large groups is no longer available. Please distribute Studio Passes to your group and confirm the number of participants before arriving at the Park. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

You can use the following payment options at facilities inside the Park.
• Credit cards issued in Japan: VISA, MasterCard, JCB, Aeon Card, American Express, Diners Club, Discover
• Credit cards issued outside of Japan: VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club, Discover, UnionPay
• Gift cards issued in Japan: JCB gift cards, JCB PREMO cards, VISA gift cards
• Japanese digital payment systems: iD, QUICPay, WAON, d-Barai, PayPay, Merpay, auPay
• Non-Japanese digital payment system: Alipay+

Notes:
• Installment credit card payments not are accepted.
• No change will be given when paying with gift cards.
• Food and merchandise wagons, parking areas, and certain other facilities only accept Japanese yen cash.

The receipts issued at the location where you made a purchase serve as an official proof of purchase receipt*.
*These receipts can be used as invoices.

Handwritten Proof of Purchase Receipts, Consolidation of Multiple Receipts, and Partial Receipts
We cannot accommodate requests for the above. All the receipts we issue are recognized as valid official proof of purchase receipts under Japanese taxation law. Please use the receipt you were given when you made a purchase.

Post-dated Proof of Purchase Receipts
We cannot issue post-dated proof of purchase receipts. Please be sure the receipt is dated when you make your purchase. If you forget to receive the receipt, please return during business hours to the location where you made the purchase and consult a crew member there.
