Regarding Tickets

Notes on Parade Viewing

  • Bubbles will be used during parade performances.
  • Bubbles will be used during parade performances, so guests along the parade route and in nearby areas will come in contact with these bubbles.
  • Paths and shoes may become slippery on contact with the bubbles. Please be careful not to slip.
  • Bubbles may stick, making clothes wet. Please dress appropriately for the event, wearing clothes that will not be damaged by getting wet. We recommend bringing a towel.
  • No compensation will be provided for any clothing items or shoes that are soiled or damaged.
  • Some people with sensitive skin or certain physical conditions may feel uncomfortable when bubbles land directly on their skin. In this case, please quickly rinse the affected area with water.
  • If bubbles land in your eyes or mouth, rinse them thoroughly with water.
  • We will take sufficient care to ensure that bubbles are used in a sanitary manner. However, as this an outdoor event, we cannot guarantee a completely sanitary environment.
  • Keep any cell phones or other electronic devices in a bag or waterproof pouch so that they do not get wet. We will not be held responsible for any malfunctions or damage.
  • Please keep an eye on your own belongings. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
  • Guests can dance together with entertainers on the street of the parade route when such sequences occur.
  • Only guests in the Front Area may step into the street and participate, and only during Stop Mode.

  • Because Universal Wonderland is a family area, please refrain from wearing costumes or makeup that may scare other guests (especially children) in the area.
