Types and Prices of Tickets/Ticket/Ticket and Access/USJ

Tickets are good for all shows and attractions on the day of your visit.

All tickets (walk-up and advance) and reservation tickets are printed with a fixed admission date. No entry is allowed except on the printed date.

Tickets with fixed admission date may be used to enter the Park, even when admission is restricted.

Please note that ticket prices are subject to change without notice.

Tickets that need to be exchanged for a Studio Pass at the Park ticket booth

*The following tickets can be used to enter the Park. (It is not necessary to exchange the ticket for a Studio Pass at the ticket booth before entering the Park.)
-Tickets purchased at the Park ticket booth
-Tickets purchased through Park website and delivered to the guest
-Reservation tickets purchased at JR reserved-seat ticket offices (Midori-no-madoguchi) (excluding specific types of tickets)

*The following tickets must be exchanged for a Studio Pass at the Park ticket booth.
-Reservation tickets purchased at contracted travel agencies
-Reservation tickets purchased at Lawson stores
-Reservation tickets purchased on the Park website using the "ticket-less" service

-Please note that there is no ticket booth open exclusively for reservation ticket holders. All guests are requested to wait in line to purchase Studio Passes or have their reservation tickets exchanged for Studio Passes at the Park ticket booth.

Senior price is applicable to guests age 65 and over. (You may be asked to present personal identification as proof of age on the day of your visit.)

Reservation tickets purchased at contracted travel agencies, and some tickets purchased at JR reserved-seat ticket offices (midori-no-madoguchi), must be exchanged for Studio Passes at Universal Studios Japan ticket booth on the day of your visit.

The 2-Day Studio Pass is valid for admission to the Park on two consecutive days. 2-Day Studio Passes are available for purchase 90 days (JR reserved-seat ticket offices (midori-no-madoguchi)) or 3 months (other ticket locations) before the second day of your planned visit.

When purchasing a discounted Studio Pass for disabled guests, please present your Disabled Notebook at the Universal Studios Japan ticket booth on the day of your visit. Please note that passes will not be issued if you are unable to present your Disabled Notebook for whatever reason, including your forgetting to bring it. One escort per disabled guest is entitled to a discount (the escort may also purchase the Studio Pass for disabled guests) upon presentation of the disabled guest's Disabled Notebook. Please note that if more than one discount escort ticket is purchased per disabled guest, those guests not eligible for discount will be required to pay the full Studio Pass price upon entering the Park.

One escort per disabled guest is entitled to a discount upon presentation of the disabled guest's Disabled Notebook. Please present your Disabled Notebook at the Universal Studios Japan ticket booth on the day of your visit. Please note that you may not enter the Park if you are unable to present your Disabled Notebook.

One escort per disabled guest is entitled to a discount (the escort may also purchase the Studio Pass for disabled guests) upon presentation of the disabled guest's Disabled Notebook. If you have purchased discount tickets for more than one escort via the Universal Studios Japan Web Ticket Store, you will be required to pay full Studio Pass prices for Guests not eligible for the discount at the Universal Studios Japan ticket booth on the day of your visit. Additional discount escort tickets can be refunded at Guest Services within the Park. Please note that a handling fee of ¥500 will be charged per cancelled ticket.

Club Universal members can register their children age 0 to 3, and the children will be invited for free on the month of their 4th birthday. (Prior registration of child's birthday necessary.) Procedures for Studio Platinum Pass and Studio Gold Pass

New purchases

Purchase / Issuance

If you are purchasing a Studio Platinum Pass or a Studio Gold Pass for the first time, please go to the Universal Studios Japan ticket booth.

Entry

Receive your Studio Pass at the ticket counter and enter the Park.

Annual Studio Pass Issuance Center (beside Guest Services within the Park)

Please go to the Annual Studio Pass Issuance Center (beside Guest Services within the Park) where Studio Platinum Passes and Studio Gold Passes are issued.
* Guest Services is located on the left immediately inside the Entrance.
* Numbered tickets may be issued during busy hours.
* Please note that Annual Studio Pass Issuance Center location is subject to change without notice.

1. Registration procedure: Please complete the registration procedure for your Studio Platinum Pass or Studio Gold Pass.
	Please complete the registration procedure by filling in your name, gender, date of birth, age, address, telephone number, e-mail address etc. on the application.
2. Photo shoot: Your picture will be taken to be used for your Studio Platinum Pass or Studio Gold Pass.
	A picture of you will be taken for identification of your Studio Platinum Pass or Studio Gold Pass.
3. Issuance: Your Studio Platinum Pass or Studio Gold Pass will be issued.
	The pass should have your name, gender, and facial photo. Please confirm that these are correct.

* We are currently in our busy season, and may not be able to issue your Platinum Pass/Gold Pass on the day of your visit. If such is the case, please take home a re-admission ticket and all necessary documents, such as the registration form, and present your documents on your next visit, to complete your pass issuance procedure.

Renewal for Platinum Pass/Gold Pass holders

Renewal is possible only during the special Annual Studio Pass Price Campaign.
During any other periods, please re-purchase a new Annual Studio Pass (photo shoot and application form required) after your present Annual Studio Pass expires.
* Please note that no pass renewals are available at the Park or via the WEB Ticket Store except during campaign period.
