This extravagant Spanish-style building was modeled on the old Hollywood Chamber of Commerce building, constructed in 1925 and still standing on Sunset Boulevard today. It was used as the set of Humphrey Bogart's "The Big Sleep" (1946). The Hollywood Chamber of Commerce has been selecting candidates for the Hollywood Walk of Fame on Hollywood Boulevard since 1956. Film icon Audrey Hepburn has a star in front of this building.

In the Park, the building's art deco interior houses the Hollywood Back Lot Boutique with selected vintage fashions.
