The ‘Universal Express™ Pass Booklet’ can be used only on the day of purchase by the person who purchased the booklet.
With the ‘Universal Express™ Pass’ you can use attractions designated per each pass only on the day of purchase.
You may need to wait according to seat availability, seating capacity and time limit per attraction. Your understanding will be warmly appreciated.
Please note that a refund due to customer’s own circumstances is not possible.
There is a limited number of Universal Express™ Pass Booklets available for sale per day. Booklets may be sold out. Also, sale may be suspended according to circumstances. Your understanding is requested.
On days when ‘Peter Pan’s Neverland’ starts at 19:00, the Booklet Pass for ‘Hollywood Dream - The Ride’ can be used until 18:30. (While ‘Peter Pan’s Neverland’ is showing, ‘Hollywood Dream - The Ride’ is temporarily suspended.)
