User’s Guide

  • In an emergency situation you may need to climb up stairs or walk a long distance through a narrow passage by yourself or with your guardian’s assistance (※).
    Also, in such a circumstance you may need to wait for a long period of time inside the facility.

- Guests experiencing difficulty using stairs or climbing onto the ride

Guests who cannot use the attraction

  • Persons afflicted with any of the following: (1) adverse heart conditions, (2) problems in the neck, back and/or waist, (3) motion sickness, (4) dizziness, (5) claustrophobia, (6) acrophobia (fear of heights), (7) sensitive skin. Also, (8) pregnant women and (9) newborn babies may not use the ride.
  • The following guests are asked to consult the attraction crew.
    Guests wearing an artificial limb.

The following guests can use the attraction.

  • Guests who can climb onto the ride unassisted or assisted by a guardian
  • Guests who can sit securely on the seat of the raft
  • Guests who can grab onto the safety strap of the rubber raft and remain upright at all times
  • Guests who can endure rapid sideways shaking
  • Use of the ride may be restricted for safety concerns according to the physical shape and size of the rider.
  • Guests with vision disabilities are assisted with reconfirmation of instructions by the crew.

Height Requirement
  • You must be at least 122cms tall (92cms if accompanied by a guardian).
Guests using a wheelchair
  • Please note that this ride cannot be used with either a standard wheelchair or a motorized wheelchair. This ride can be used only by guests who can walk to general seats unassisted or assisted by a guardian and who satisfy the safety requirements.
Guests with service animals (guide dog, hearing dog and service dog for the disabled)
  • For your safety, service animals are not admitted.
    Service animals will be placed in a waiting area while guests enjoy the ride.
