- Use of the ride may be restricted for safety concerns according to the physical shape and size of the rider.
- Guests with vision disabilities are assisted with reconfirmation of instructions by the crew.
- You must be at least 122cms tall (107cms if accompanied by a guardian).
- Please note that this ride cannot be used with a wheelchair or a motorized wheelchair. Guests who can move to general seats unassisted or assisted by a guardian are asked to board a separately prepared boat.
- For your safety, service animals are not admitted.
Service animals will be placed in a waiting area while guests enjoy the ride.
