After cancellation of the show has been confirmed, you will be guided through the refund procedure at the venue.

  • * Refund will be issued via a later bank transfer or in cash on the day.
  • * If you require a refund in cash on the day, please be aware that this may take some time as guest refunds will be handled in order.

Use the Loppi machine at the Lawson Store where you exchanged your ticket to carry out the refund procedure (with your ticket in hand) between the day after the show cancellation date and 30 days later.

  • * If a child of age 3 or younger requires a separate seat, please purchase a show ticket. A ticket is not required if the child can sit on a parent or guardian’s lap, but please notify the Premier Show Ticket Center or the crew in advance.
  • This attraction uses the following special effects. Guests with health conditions that may be aggravated by these special effects may not use the attraction.
    Fog/smoke/Strobes/fire effect/water/loud sounds

Other notes of caution

  • Photography or video recording of any form is prohibited during the show. If you violate this restriction, we may ask you to delete the video or photo data and leave the park.
  • Please refrain from viewing while standing or from a location other than your seat.
  • You may come in contact with water regardless of where you are seated.
  • Smoking within the premises is prohibited.
  • For your safety, please follow the instructions given by the crew. Additionally, guests who engage in violent or otherwise troublesome behavior will be asked by the crew to leave the park.
  • Surveillance cameras are in constant operation.

  • A lot of water will be used in the entire “One Piece Water Battle” area as well as nearby areas.

  • Keep any cell phones or other electronic devices in a bag or waterproof pouch so that they do not get wet. We will not be held responsible for any malfunctions or damage.

■Regarding the Little Kids’ Area

  • The Little Kids’ Area only admits pre-school-age children along with accompanying adults.
  • A lot of water will be used in the area as well as nearby areas.
  • Guests will be shown into this area until maximum capacity is reached.
  • We ask that adults who are not accompanying children refrain from using this area.
  • The size and location of this area may change without prior notice.

■Regarding the use of Water Shooters

  • Only Water Shooters purchased in the Park can be used.
  • Do not use your Water Shooter to point or shoot water at the faces of anyone in your party, other guests, entertainers, or crew members, as this is extremely dangerous.
  • For your safety, please refrain from using your Water Shooter outside of the designated times.
  • Please be careful not to bump into those around you when using your Water Shooter.
  • Do not fill your Water Shooter with any liquid other than water.
